Amazon’s Associate Attraction Marketing team is seeking an innovative, results-oriented digital marketer to plan and execute data-driven campaigns. Associate Attraction is responsible for meeting the growing need for hundreds of thousands of hourly Operations team members. This is a unique role in an exciting, fast-growing business. You will be responsible to develop, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns, including highly targeted local marketing efforts. You champion new, innovative ideas, execute test plans, and iterate based on performance metrics. Success is measured by job seekers applying online as a result of your effective digital advertising across web, mobile and video formats. You will be comfortable working with complex challenges, appreciate white space, and understand the value of rapid test and learn approaches. You will be savvy about how to leverage large data sets to create sophisticated advertising programs leveraging the latest technologies. Key Responsibilities

· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution · Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or other relevant field · Track record of building successful, metrics-driven, scalable digital marketing campaigns, including leveraging remarketing tools and tactics · Experience with ad delivery and optimization tools, ad servers, DMP’s and Facebook Ads Manager and managing multiple digital programs and campaigns simultaneously · Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to campaign performance and experiment design and analysis· Amazon Digital Advertising
