The Books team is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to lead demand generation initiatives across Kindle and print books, focused on paid marketing and traffic. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to think strategically about reading and have the opportunity to put those strategies into motion. You will shape, invent, and bring to market new experiences and marketing initiatives for our customers, working cross-functionally to drive ideas from conception to execution. You will work with senior managers and your peers to analyze the business needs, develop campaigns, help define the go-to-market strategy to drive the book business and establish the right metrics to measure the impact. You will also work cross-functionally with a number of teams including retail, Kindle merchandising, product management, customer insights, business development, and engineering. A successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial, results-oriented team player that has experience in

· Bachelor's Degree · Experience developing marketing campaigns, across multiple channels · 5+ years experience in marketing and/or product management · Experience with Excel, Tableau, and/or other reporting systems· MBA preferred · Experience with subscription products · Strong verbal and written communications skills in English · Passion for books/reading · Knowledge of SQL · Proven analytical and quantitative skills. · Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action · Proven experience managing small-medium projects
