RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING AND ANALYZING CROSS CHANNEL METRICS AND PERFORMANCE TO DERIVE INSIGHTS AND RECOMMEND STRATEGIES FOR CUSTOMER ACQUISITION AND RETENTION. COMPILE FINANCIAL AND CUSTOMER DATA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PROGRAMS. DRIVE INNOVATION IN AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE AND PARTNER WITH INTERNAL CHANNEL OWNERS (EMAIL, ONSITE, DIGITAL) TO SCALE THE MESSAGE, AWARENESS AND ADOPTION AND TO UNDERSTAND THE KEY TRAFFIC DRIVERS IN ORDER TO MEASURE, TRACK, AND OPTIMIZE THEM TO ACCOMPLISH BUSINESS GOALS, DOCUMENTING THE RESULTS, AND SHARING BEST PRACTICES WITH THE TEAM. DETERMINE COVERAGE MODELS AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION AND IMPLEMENT BEST IN CLASS

PRIMARY REQUIEMENTS: BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS, DIGITAL MEDIA OR RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST, BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST, IN A PRODUCT/AUDIENCE MARKETING ROLE OR RELATED.
