Responsibilities : The core responsibility of this role is to manage marketing initiatives and sales enablement with a goal of reaching to maximum number of decision makers, developing maximum number of Known Leads, net new contacts and enabling sellers to get maximum out of Marketing qualified leads. Also, ensuring that these leads are being routed to appropriate channels. Depending on the initiative, you will work with a team of campaign leads, senior marketing leaders across Microsoft, BI and content SMEs and/or technology contacts in developing project goals, charter and execute them to on-time
Position Requirements 5+ years of superior organizational skills, and the ability to work with ambiguous data Experience in working as Program manager in any marketing or sales disciplines Excellent in building project plans, schedules, action items and driving projects to closure Understanding of the marketing communications discipline including creative, digital platforms, and events Good in understanding of Microsoft Project and Office tools Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
