Marketing Analytics Manager
Amazon Fashion is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead a team of Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs) responsible for customer, site, and traffic analytics for Softlines (Apparel, Shoes, Jewelry, Watches and Luggage). The ideal candidate will be well-versed in key marketing channels, customer targeting strategies, and how to optimize them. They will be comfortable identifying customer pain points through data, and will develop new metrics to measure the impact of our marketing activities and the overall health of our business. The ideal candidate must be able to think strategically and execute flawlessly. S/he will have a proven track record of delivering results. Key to success will be the ability to identify the appropriate data and customer insights to inform marketing strategy, partnering with marketing, business and tech teams to understand their needs and develop corresponding solutions. · Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Statistics/Engineering · 7+ years of relevant experience one of the following areas: Data engineering, business intelligence or business analytics · 2+ years of experience managing a team of Business Intelligence Engineers or Analysts · Data Warehousing Experience with Oracle, Redshift, Teradata, etc. · Expert-level proficiency in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large datasets · Experience defining a BI roadmap and managing and prioritizing a project backlog. · Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive
