Responsibilities This role within the Social Intelligence team applies innovative analytical approaches to help discover, explore, and explain the impact of the social ecosystem to the business. The complexity of social data requires that you can both manage the data, as well as understand both qualitative and quantitative analysis to discover new ways of translating social data into actionable insights that will impact marketing and brand performance. Qualifications Required minimum of 5 years social intelligence and insights experience – ideally someone with social media marketing or social analytics experience. Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) required, with graduate degree in market research, business, Minimum of 2 years of experience in the consumer technology industry preferred Social media research and data analysis experience is preferred Proficiency with statistical / analytical took is preferred Agency- and client-side experience skills Experience in communicating and collaborating with senior executives Excellent communications, storytelling
