Amazon’s Worldwide Operations Talent Acquisition team is looking for a recruiting manager to lead internal talent and mobility initiatives (both new and existing). In this role, you will partner with a variety of recruiting, human resources and operations leaders to identify, develop, integrate and simplify internal talent solutions to support the Worldwide Operations network. Your team will improve and manage several administrative and support processes, but will also be responsible for increasing our internal talent network's access

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field. · 5+ years of Recruiting and/or HR Management experience. · Experience building, coaching, and performance managing a recruiting team in a corporate environment. · Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, Internet sourcing tools, and complex spreadsheets. · Experience in developing and leading training initiatives. · Demonstrated organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. · Ability to
