As an organization, Amazon’s US Existing Selling Partner organization is in a unique position to be highly influential; driving dialog and nurturing opportunities with Amazon Customers, Amazon Category teams, and Amazon Vendors. As a result of strong business growth within the Existing Selling Partners, we are looking for a Sales Leader to help us build and lead a business development sales team of Sales Account Representatives that focuses on growing top line revenue for Selling Partners at Amazon, by focusing on delivering sales inputs across increasing selection, buyability, contract negotiation and discoverability of products sourced by Amazon. The role is focused on leading a team that works with top Existing Selling Partners in the US across categories, driving inputs to accelerate the Amazon flywheel. Members of this team are responsible for ensuring that our Existing Selling Partners, are adopting and utilizing our Vendor features to its fullest potential, to make them successful

• 7+ years professional leadership experience with proven managerial background • Bachelor's Degree and MBA • Program management experience • Business development / Sales team lead experience • Sales Experience with relationship management and negotiation skills • Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions • Problem-solving passion and service orientation • Project management skills · Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel. · Success managing large account
