1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or technology with relevant work experience. 2. 5 years experience in Account Management, Incident Management, or Escalations leading resolutions to major events with external clients. 3. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives. 5.
