We are seeking a customer obsessed, data oriented leader for our Customer Insights program at the heart of the Fresh and Prime Now business with a desire to lead and learn from others and who knows how to execute and deliver on big ideas. The customer insights you will be driving are focused on but not limited to all aspects of the customer

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience · 7+ years’ professional experience in analytical program management, business intelligence, business operations, voice of the customer, or related area - ideally in a technical environment · 5+ years’ experience in behavioral data-collection and analysis skills, e.g. designing, conducting, and analyzing all types and sources of customer data · 5+ years’ experience communicating complex concepts clearly across different audiences and varying levels of the organization utilizing excellent communication,
