We are looking for a customer obsessed marketer and manager to lead outbound channel strategy across paid and owned and operated channels You will play a pivotal role in driving customer discovery of skills and engagement with the product throughout all phases of the customer life cycle. You will work closely with other Skills marketers and PMs, and partner closely with cross-functional team members in the Alexa organization and Amazon. You must have a proven track record of effectively influencing senior levels. You will be a part of building the Alexa Skills domain and empowering customers to do more with their device! The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, has a strong bias for action, and proven track record of delivering results in an ambiguous environment. They will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and the ability to think big and learn new channels
· BA in degree in marketing or business · 10+ years relevant work experience in consumer audience marketing · Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns · 3+ years managing marketing teams · History of defining marketing strategy and executional excellence · Experience influencing multiple stakeholders up to leadership levels and leading cross-functional teams · Ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills · Excellent drive for results with an ability to manage work independently and take calculate risks · Comfortable using data to make decisions
