· · 10+ years of experience in attracting, retaining and growing exceptional teams in digital advertising · 6+ years in a strategic client services role working with Fortune 100 brands · Expert level of understanding related to digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics · Proven track record of leading complex initiatives that may be cross functional and/or span business and technology · Exemplary English language skills, both written and verbal · Bachelor's degree required· Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred; MBA is a
