You will work with leading companies in this space and directly with the engineering teams within Amazon developing these new capabilities. Overview The AWS Support team is seeking engineers who enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and have technical backgrounds working with Linux hosted on AWS services such as EC2, EBS, Elasticache, EFS. Support engineers may field general guidance questions from customers such as setting up a small website using EC2 up to troubleshooting and reproducing

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. · 4+ Years of experience in these areas: Systems administration in Linux/Unix (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc.) AND Networking (DNS, TCP/IP)· Experience with AWS · Expertise with IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, MTR, Routing Protocols, SSH, Storage, Network monitoring / troubleshooting tools · Understanding of web technologies (preferably Tomcat) and related infrastructure (load balancers, DNS, LDAP, or Apache/nginx, authentication and authorization,
