The U.S. Immigration Team provides strategic counsel to HR and Microsoft businesses worldwide, driving immigration compliance and supporting the immigration needs of visa-dependent employees and their families. As a U.S. Immigration Specialist you will be passionate about employee engagement, provide case management, solve complex problems in a dynamic environment, and work to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Oversee aspects of visa and immigration services, including the review and analysis of information and/or documentation drafted for submission with appropriate U.S. government agency; Engage with visa-dependent employees, promoting positive business interactions and fostering long-term relationships with Microsoft's employees, management and HR; Contribute to the development of creative immigration solutions and alternatives, enabling Microsoft's visa-dependent population to take bold actions towards achieving business objectives; Advise on daily immigration operations, proactively assessing and
Required: BA/BS and 4+ years of immigration experience in a fast‐paced, high‐volume, team‐oriented environment. The ideal candidate should have: Prior U.S. employment‐based immigration experience (IV and NIV filings), in the tech industry, strongly preferred. Superlative writing and analytical skills required.
