Job Purpose and Scope Learning and Development Consultant - The primary role of the L and D Consultant is to develop and drive the effectiveness and capability of the Microsoft Advertising sales and support organization by developing their knowledge, capabilities and understanding of sales model; platforms; products; skills; and processes. In this role, working with internal resources and/or with Training vendors, the L and D Consultant designs, develops and delivers tailored training programs. Qualifications include: 5+ years' experience in learning design and delivery Bachelor's Degree Previous experience in digital advertising industry a plus Evidence/experience driving learning interventions that have delivered measurable business impact Ability to take initiative and lead global projects with little direction Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Great decision making, organizational planning skills and customer interaction experience.
