The One Commercial Partner (OCP) team is looking for a Communications Manager to build and execute our internal strategic communications framework. As a member of the executive staff team for OCP, this position will work alongside the OCP Corporate Vice President and Chief of Staff to create and deliver meaningful, effective communications across OCP, WCB and Microsoft. This position has a high level of interaction across the leadership team and you will need to be an excellent collaborator and be able to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization. Develop and manage an executive internal communications strategy and plan for OCP, including the creation of an editorial calendar that drives employee engagement across OCP, WCB and Microsoft. Working closely with the external communications lead, own internal communications for the OCP Corporate Vice President, including creating internal communications and executive presentations that support the OCP priorities and initiatives and drive compelling stories that amplify our partner message and digital transformation. Own and manage core communication vehicles including Teams sites, OneNote, SharePoint
Required Qualifications 5 years related experience in employee communications, marketing, public relations or journalism Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or marketing Preferred Qualifications Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues to an internal audience Operates effectively at long-term planning while driving tactical daily progress Excels at distilling ambiguous information and experiences and then delivering efficient communications.
