As the Intelligent Cloud sales strategy lead for SMC you will be accountable for designing and executing sales strategies that accelerate Azure consumption and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building the integrated sales strategy, identifying revenue growth opportunities, landing prioritized sales strategies, and examining business performance to drive improvement. Given the importance of this role, it is critical that we find an experienced senior leader to tackle the opportunity. To achieve success, you must be able to design and land healthy sales motions globally, as well as drive breakthrough sales

Design, land and optimize the Azure sales strategy and model in SMC. Partner with leadership to identify key bridges to accelerate new customer acquisition and revenue growth within accounts. Partner with Finance teams to establish effective measurement reporting systems and executive level reviews for the business. Lead ongoing coaching and guidance workshops with sales leadership to accelerate pipeline, drive growth and increase customer satisfaction with their Microsoft partnership. Provide insights, feedback and visibility on performance-blocking issues to leadership and accelerate issue resolution
10+ years sales leadership experience (Microsoft or competitors). 3+ years of experience with a Cloud, IaaS, PaaS or SaaS business Extensive leadership experience across all disciplines of customer solutions within digital transformation - solution selling, partner engagement, sales enablement, and customer success, with the experience growing businesses worldwide. Deep experience and understanding of the needs of enterprise customers. Ability to tackle difficult challenges and implement solutions. Experience managing large and complex projects across multiple teams, with worldwide impact. Proven
