We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our NA DSP Trust and Safety team as an Intake Specialist to support the Driver Workplace Escalation Hotline. The ideal candidate for this position has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, is independent and self-motivated, is a strong written and verbal communicator, has an ability to deal with high levels of ambiguity, and demonstrates a bias for action in driving
· Organizational/workflow coordination experience · History of managing high-volume data management activities · Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite systems including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Strong written and oral communication skills · Bachelor’s degree required · Experience in manufacturing/distribution/call center environment · Knowledge of Human Resources, Employment and Labor Law · Prior project management experience · Evidence of career development and/or evidence of superior performance in previous roles #LastMile Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
