· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent hands-on experience · Comprehensive knowledge and proven application of learner-centered, performance-based instructional theories and adult learning principles in multi-modal instruction · 1 + years relevant professional experience in instructional design, ideally in a large, multicultural corporate environment · Ability to communicate effectively, including an ability to influence without authority · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills · Ability to explain technical topics to
