The Instructional Design Technologist will provide creative and technical expertise by building interactive and engaging solutions to support the goals of the Selling Partner Support (SPS) Leadership Institute (LI). The Instructional Design Technologist possesses a deep understanding of systems, languages, and design principles involved in creating interactive solutions and has experience working in a learning/training organization. They demonstrate understanding of technical constraints and opportunities, exhibit demonstrable skills with programming in modern technologies, have familiarity with learning technology systems and protocols, and importantly, are obsessed with creating an excellent user experience. The Instructional Design Technologist enables our team to design and execute on the creation of great digital learning experiences rather than just imagine them – leading to more innovative, intuitive and compelling
· BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development OR 3+ years managing learning technology in a global environment · 2+ years LMS ownership experience, specifically CSOD or ThinkingCap in a large-scale, corporate environment, including end-to-end implementation, end-user training and day-to-day support · Expertise in development with eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Vyond, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Software technology like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for learning portal design · 2+ years
