Amazon is looking for a smart, motivated, driven Instock Manager to join the Canada Hardlines (Lawn and Garden, Furniture, Kitchen, Home and Pets) team. We will continue to invest in category and selection expansion, leverage our strong end-to-end supply chain, and increase the value of our Prime Program in Canada. The Instock Manager will be responsible for developing and executing best practices in managing inventory, supply chain, and operations to maximize customer experience, sales, margin, instock rates and inventory turns. This individual will have responsibility for ensuring all inventory systems and processes are meeting the needs of the business and implementing controls around these processes

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain discipline · 5+ years supply chain, inventory management, retail and/or project management experience · Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights · Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving, and communicating recommendations · Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in
