Typical factors include launch footprint, expected demand and capacity utilization, networking topology and cost, and utility infrastructure delivery and costs, but they also include regulatory changes impacting demand or supply options, tax impact on supply chain and profitability, security risks, and other elements of the business or political environment that impact our business.
