Position Description: The Microsoft Incentives Operations (MIO) Team is looking for an experienced Incentives Process and Execution Director . As the leader of this critical function, you will define the strategy and lead a large team delivering world class processes and execution excellence. You will own the business process framework, and definition of all business processes across the incentives landscape for Microsoft Partners globally. You will also own the day to day execution of

Key Responsibilities: Lead a global team of operations managers who live and breath process and execution excellence Own the incentives process framework, and define all business processes contained within it Meet and exceed all process outcomes globally, relative to our defined measures of success Benchmarked our processes and metrics against industry's best practices, then set the standard Capture, analyse and action sentiment from partners to create the best partner experience possible Drive cost per transaction reductions while maintaining / increasing service level and velocity Digitally transform
Basic Qualifications: 10+ years' minimum experience in Operations, Partner Management, Incentives, Finance, or Program Management Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field, MBA Strongly Preferred Proven ability to create clarity, generate energy and deliver success at the Enterprise level Servant Leadership Characteristics as demonstrated in previous roles Coach, Mentor, Develop talent inside/outside team Grit, Vulnerability and Resilience are mainstay qualities that will be leveraged Experience delivering executive level presentations
