· At least 4+ years recent experience in financial planning and analysis, sales operations, or sales compensation (sales compensation experience highly preferred) · At least 2+ years incentive compensation management system experience (IBM ICM/Varicent preferred) · Advanced skills in Excel· Highly detailed driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. · Solid consultation skills and the ability to seek out information and provide quality advice. · Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal presentations that demonstrate business acumen
