Responsibilities Lead the Store EBC effort for the omni-channel Microsoft Store business Demonstrate our core principle of One Microsoft in all areas of leadership for this role Build and execute the strategy, projects, and tasks to deliver Store EBCs Develop presentation content that articulates the Microsoft Store digital transformation journey and demonstrates the Store's use of technology at an enterprise scale Host EBC visits in Redmond and in Microsoft Stores and represent Microsoft's digital transformation to key c-suite customers Facilitate awareness among Store and Commercial stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in the consumer software industry and/or retail industry Deep knowledge of both Microsoft Store and the Microsoft enterprise business Demonstrated executive maturity and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience Strong presentation skills to audiences of varied size Strong influence skills and global experience Self-starter with an ability to creatively solve problems with multiple variables Proven strategic thinker and operator A driving passion for innovation, invention and technology
