Customer Success Training Business Program Manager

Responsibilities Lead the Customer Success Training effort for the omni-channel Microsoft Store business Demonstrate our core principle of One Microsoft in all areas of leadership for this role Build and execute the strategy, projects, and tasks to deliver Customer Success Trainings Develop customized presentation content that facilitates training enterprise customers on how to effectively use Microsoft productivity solutions such as Teams, OneNote, etc... Deliver trainings to Microsoft enterprise customers in partnership with Store employees Facilitate awareness among Store and Commercial stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience in the consumer software industry and/or retail industry Deep knowledge of both Microsoft Store and the Microsoft enterprise business Demonstrated executive maturity and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required Strong presentation skills to audiences of varied size Strong influence skills and global experience Self-starter with an ability to creatively solve problems with multiple variables Proven strategic thinker and operator A driving passion for innovation, invention and technology Extremely detail
