Responsibilities Lead the process to measure success, track and reporting on each Store EBC and Customer Success Training that Microsoft Stores deliver to Strategic and Enterprise customers Lead the effort to analyze and derive insights from each engagement in order to build out customer success stories that capture customer insights Ensure Store field team readiness to capture engagement insights Lean in across the team to deliver presentations and trainings to Microsoft enterprise customers in partnership with Store employees Liaise with key leaders, account teams and customer success teams across
Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in the consumer software industry and/or retail industry Deep knowledge of both Microsoft Store and the Microsoft enterprise business Strong data analytical skills and ability to derive insights Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or similar business experience Ability to drive to program insights and make the connection between program activities and measurement / monetization of impact Strong written communication, presentation creation, and storytelling skills Proven strategic thinker and operator Extremely detail oriented with strong
