IMDb is looking to improve the overall experience of several highly used features including search, IMDb ratings and and exciting new initiative around personalization. You'll be part of a full-stack team working on making these features more prominent. You will be exposed to many different AWS technologies and also have the opportunity to do more data analysis as we try to incorporate more machine learning into our personalization and ratings experience. In addition, you will also get an opportunity to work on building out our Search and Lists infrastructure so that we can serve customers of these products at a high scale. ยท - Degree in math, computer science, engineering or equivalent work experience - 6+ years' experience planning, designing, developing, and shipping quality software, including highly scalable systems and experience with service-oriented architecture - Expertise in Java, C/C++, JavaScript, or other modern programming languages - Proven leadership skills and teamwork skills. You have experience guiding and mentoring software development engineers - Proven ability to work and deliver effectively in a customer-focused, cross-functional team- Strong, user-focused technical collaborator - Hands-on expertise
