· Masters degree in computer science or related discipline. · 6+ years of experience in report building experience/visualization experience. · Experience with developing reports, workflows and metrics within a software environment. · 3+ years hands-on experience in Workday HCM· Experience in business analysis and business process improvement preferably in a hyper growth environment · Proficient understanding of HR domains and processes · Expert level in Workday reporting and analytics is preferred · Superior project management skills · Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills,
