As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) you will draw on your strong analytical skills to dive deep and design logical and flexible solutions that simplify complex or redundant processes, seeking to standardize where possible and to improve the overall quality of the process/product. Your work is the basis for the technical build and testing efforts that follow, and your thoroughness will diminish scope creep and timeline delays. You are the main point of contact for business POC/SMEs, developers, and testers because you become the SME on the process/solution being automated/designed. Our BSAs take pride in their role and feel ownership and accountability for the automations/products delivered. · 5+ years’ experience as a business systems/functional analyst · Proven experience implementing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects working with internal teams as well as vendors · Intermediate SQL skills – able to extract and analyze data using SQL · Experience working in agile environment · Demonstrated knowledge developing test plans and scripts covering QA, regression, SIT, and UAT scenarios· Experience with HR systems and tools (PeopleSoft/Workday a plus) · Advanced SQL and Excel (macros) skills · Experience identifying and resolving complex issues (problem solver), taking initiative
