Solutions (HRSS) team Business Operations Specialist
Amazon seeks a versatile Business Operations Specialist to play a key role on the HR Services Solutions (HRSS) team. To help us grow and scale our business, we are looking for someone who has a strong operational mindset and skills to drive various functions to support our business. This role will work under the supervision of the HRSS Business Operations Manager to support the senior leaders of the organization. This requires strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to think proactively and strategically with productive and effective solutions. This role also requires a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism when dealing with senior professionals in and outside the company. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field · 4+ years of relevant business operations experience · Work experience in tech industry and/or Human Resources· Experience providing senior management level assistance in a fast-paced environment. · Strong analytic and problem solving skills · Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups such as external partners, senior management and peers. · Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision. · Ability to maintain composure and task switch efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
