We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a HR Program Manager for AMZL Logistics. As an HR Program Manager for AMZL, you will play a critical role in supporting key programs within NA Logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. You will be detail-oriented and have excellent data analytics skills. You should also be able to work with minimal direction, and be flexible while delivering high-quality results.
· Bachelor’s degree · Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs · Human Resources experience, specifically supporting an hourly population· Proven analytical capabilities; experience developing audit reports and metrics decks · Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills · Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and metrics · Experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources · Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
