MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Provide HR support and expertise through hands-on and strategic delivery in the areas of employee relations, executive coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development/design, and others to set strategies, policies and standards for global HR teams. Serve as HR point of contact for business and technical teams to navigate broader Amazon payments ecosystem. Coordinate the design of HR initiatives with multiple internal teams to create an exceptional employee experience. Work closely with the business's leadership and employees on people related issues. Establish HR priorities and operating mechanisms to drive change. Design and implement HR programs, policies, procedures, curriculum, solutions, and tools that support organizational and talent development for HR operational excellence and business development and growth. Primary Requirements: Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or related experience as an HR Generalist, or in a related position.
