· Bachelor's degree in relevant field · 5-8 years of HR experience, 3+ years in HRBP type of role · Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team · Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees and managers at all levels in the organization · Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative · Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
