Amazon is looking for a smart, driven, problem solver to provide support for our evolving HR tools and processes. In this role, you will develop deep expertise of the HR Services and Technology solutions used by Amazon and will work with business owners, technologists, and HR partners to understand and document strategy, requirements and timelines. You will participate in cross-functional teams through the process and policy design, delivery, implementation, and support of new HR tools and services as well as contribute to change management. What you'll do: Deliver Solutions - Implement global technologies and services to meet long term HR business needs; partner with development teams on system design and gap analysis, and prioritization of critical initiatives Business Requirements – Facilitate global workshops to coordinate the collection of global business requirements including process deviations and localizations; prepare global process maps and documentation. · 3+ years of HR or related experience · Bachelor's degree in business, HR or related field · Advanced Excel skills; experience with business intelligence tools · 3+ years of work experience writing SQL, data modeling, data mining (SQL, ETL, data warehousing) and using databases in a business environment with complex datasets · Works effectively as part of a global team, possessing strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, can flourish handling multiple tasks, workload, changing priorities, and tight deadlines · Experience implementing processes and providing support for core
