· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills · Fluent in Japanese · MS Office expertise · 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, retail, or service industry. · High school diploma or equivalent · A passion for creating the most engaged work environment for the people who seek to delight our customers every day · Ability to work overnights and weekends as needed · Experience working with confidential information and exercising strong professional judgment · Actual work experience of listening and asking the right questions to analyze a situation without having to solve the problem
