The Microsoft HoloLens Optics team is currently looking for a Technical Manager to drive technical development in Redmond. Primary responsibilities involve managing internal and external developments in optics, materials, and processes to be used in HoloLens and other areas of Microsoft. The candidate must have a technical background in optical systems and experience leading complex hardware development programs. Detailed responsibilities include: • Technical, vendor and project management • Ability to deliver results through external partners • Coordination and communication with diverse internal
