The Head of Trade-In Business will continue to build and grow on our success, specifically leading the Trade-In product, sales, marketing and influencing the operations team. This person will manage a team that is responsible for the customer experience, sales performance and building, executing our global strategy, vision along with managing the P and L. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all aspects of general business management and understands the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and works with them to resolve differences.
