Amazon.ca is looking for a Senior Manager to join and lead the Canada Consumables Retail team, own the Vendor Management team and strategy, and partner closely with Instock Management, Marketing and Marketplace peers to deliver a best in class customer experience in our Grocery, Baby, Beauty, Luxury Beauty, Health and Personal Care, and Personal Care Appliances categories. This is a multi-functional role responsible for building vendor relationships, expanding
· Bachelor’s degree · 8+ years of relevant senior level experience in retail, operations, and/or business management/consulting with a proven history of delivering results · Experience leading teams · Experience developing and driving strategies · Polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating · Ability to own, manage and speak to a P and L · Proficient in Excel· MBA Preferred · Excellent business judgment with strong written and oral communication skills · Superior analytical abilities and quantitative skills. Comfortable with complex financial data. · High threshold
