Amazon Corporate Security is searching for an experienced, self-motivated, global technical security leader to join our team. Responsible for oversight of all aspects of technical security for Amazon Corporate Facilities worldwide. The Sr. Manager will serve as leadership to oversee technical security solutions and program management, as well as foster and maintain a world class team. Head of Global Technical Security leads a global technical support team and is responsible for ensuring the proper design, implementation, technical support and maintenance of all access control and CCTV systems Amazon utilizes globally at Corporate sites. The role sits in Seattle and reports to the Americas Head of Security. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement global technical security strategies · Manage, maintain and support Amazon’s access management systems globally · Manage, maintain and support Amazon’s primary Visitor management system globally · Lead a team of technical security subject matter
· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electronic, Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent. · A minimum of 7 years of physical technical security experience including detailed design and layout, programming, configuration and maintaining networked enterprise security systems to including multiple technical security single site security projects · A minimum of 5 years of managing a global team supporting physical technical security programs· Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related) · CPP, PSP or CISSP Certification · Familiar with Lenel Access control and CCTV as well as other platforms
