AWS marketing team is seeking an experienced, results driven senior digital marketing professional to drive the strategy and execution of AWS Paid Digital Media (Search, Social, Display). The ideal candidate is a passionate marketing leader who has a track record of achieving (and measuring) great results through paid media advertising and having a strong understanding of how various digital media channels impact the customer lifecycle. He or she will manage the paid media budget and work with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes including lead generation, new customer acquisition, awareness and product adoption and will also manage the overall paid media team. This marketing leader needs to be passionate about measuring results and ROI and not driving short term results at the expense of long term gain. He or she will be known for testing and innovating in new areas and leveraging opportunities to scale the program based on results! Responsibilities · Manage the paid media advertising

10+ years of relevant work experience in Paid Digital Marketing, and/or digital/high-technology consumer companies/products. . 2+ years people management experience . Track record of developing and managing multiple digital marketing programs simultaneously. · A bachelor's degree is required. · Experience with clickstream analysis, attribution, web analytics, A/B testing, SEO and other online marketing activities a strong plus. · Experience in creating and presenting to the executive level.
