Amazon’s Kids and Family team is seeking an experienced marketing leader who is passionate about kids to be the Head of Marketing for our fast-growing FreeTime Unlimited subscription service for kids 12 and under. Our award-winning service offers thousands of age-appropriate books, Audible books, games, educational apps, movies, TV shows, child-directed Alexa skills and podcasts with a suite of parental controls to kids and parents in the US, UK, Germany and Japan. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving growth, engagement and go-to-market activities for FreeTime Unlimited. You will direct a team of marketing managers located in the US, EU and Japan. Your team will work closely with other business, product and engineering teams in Kids and Family while and also work closely with other partner teams inside and outside of Amazon. Strong candidates will have experience leading marketing organizations and have deep experience with digital marketing channels, branding and go-to-market

· Bachelor’s degree · Organizational management experience · 7+ years’ experience in digital marketing or publishing · Experience in B2C marketing· MBA · Experience marketing kids’ products · Experience with subscription services · Excellent communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems · High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Launch management and cross-functional alignment and integration · Experience in hiring, developing and managing teams · Executive-level written and verbal
