As the Head of Community Engagement, you will: Build and run a diverse, high-functioning team to grow awareness and audience, celebrate and amplify our players' creativity, turn players into fans and advocates, and be responsible for our communication with players across multiple channels. Build Microsoft Flight Simulator into a best-in-class brand presence that supports, entertains, and retains our community wherever they are, speaks as the voice of the franchise to the community (and vice-versa), and creates new opportunities for hobbyists, newcomers, and all types of fans to engage more deeply
Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience with community engagement at an established game developer. Management experience building and retaining high-functioning diverse teams. Strong coordination and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills. Open mindset to be willing to continue to learn and be adaptable to new trends. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively agree on solutions while working with all the stakeholders. Ability to provide clarity and direction to a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
