· Bachelor's of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience · Experience working with complex systems · Experience with systems engineering and deriving requirements · Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts and designs to colleagues across disciplines · Experience in communicating with end users, business teams and management to collect requirements, describe product features and refine technical designs · Experience with power systems, communication protocols, and embedded computing· Experience with
