Audible - an Amazon company and perpetual innovator – is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Strategy to join our Marketing team in either Newark NJ or Seattle WA (the team is split equally across Audible’s NJ and SEA offices). The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic initiatives identified as growth drivers for the company. More specifically, this individual will define, develop and, ultimately, execute against the long-term vision, product roadmap and Go-To-Market plan across assigned strategic growth initiatives. This individual will also serve as Project Management lead, ensuring ongoing team delivery against plans. This role requires a customer-obsessed, analytical mindset with an ability to partner closely with Market Research and Data Science to unearth and leverage customer and market insights to drive strategy development.
