Drives sustainable, efficient, accurate processes in support of the Direct and International Tax functions Ensures processes are not person-dependent and owns RACI definition and maintenance Drives continuous improvement and ensures optimal future process informs technology choices Ensures functional alignment on priorities and deliverables including cross-functional collaboration with key partners Partners to optimize and standardize end-to-end reporting and analytics to support functional strategy Overall operational governance of IT tools and projects needed by Direct and International
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline 6+ years of relevant work experience in related field Superior leadership skills and experienced people manager Experience with Direct and International Tax processes and tools Hands on experience with advanced Excel modeling, queries and MS Suite of products Strong foundation of technical, analytical and compliance skills and experience, including process and internal controls Experience with leading and managing a geographically diverse team Experience with implementing automated
