Work within the international tax reporting team which oversees and is responsible for quarterly and annual US GAAP income tax accounting for Microsoft's international subs Review and assist as needed with computations supporting the tax accounts, including deferred tax balances, and payable reconciliations. Monitor and analyze tax regulatory and compliance developments and tax law changes and help to document its impact on the Company. Assist with research and analysis in order to provide business support on significant transactions. Assist with review and support of local statutory income tax
Minimum Qualifications: BS in Accounting, CPA; Masters in Taxation is highly preferred Minimum of 10 years of combined Big 4 and/or industry international tax experience is required. Strong foundation of tax technical, analytical and compliance skills and experience, including process and internal controls. Hands-on experience with tax accounting systems and/or advanced excel modeling experience. Experience includes use and leverage of tax and finance tools, applications, and relevant systems. Knowledge and experience with U.S. GAAP Accounting for Income Taxes under ASC 740 Experience demonstrates
