Direct and lead a high performing team while shaping future needs of the business Owning the financial planning process for the products in Surface and Incubation portfolio End-to-end product P and L ownership, from Revenue, gross margin, and Return on Investment Become a trusted advisor and influence business decision making Partner with Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and the Device Executive Team to create products that will propel our business forward
10+ years of Finance, analysis, long-range planning or product marketing experience Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, economics, business or related discipline, MBA preferred People management experience of 5+ years with demonstrated cross-group leadership Strong conceptual understanding and ability to articulate application of financial principles to this business space Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management Must be extremely collaborative and comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, creating
