Own the business and finance analysis for Windows and Device business and present to Global Sales Marketing Organization (GSMO) leadership team. Own forecast and planning model for Windows/Device in GSMO, representing GSMO and partnering with field, WCB, EG, CFT finance; provide forecast guidance to the field. Own and drive Insight document to WCB and GSMO EVPs on monthly basis Own, design, and drive monthly GSMO Outlook insight tool/process/analysis and communicate to GSMO leadership. Drive thought leadership on insight and analysis processes that will help the controllers in the field worldwide
