We are looking for an action oriented, self-motivated and driven Group Business Administrator to help support our growing team! This role would assist the Executive Admin in functions to help support our team with equipment/software purchasing, conference room booking/event coordinating, as well as assisting the team with any specialty requests that come our way.
Including but not limited to: Provide onsite team support for numerous Puget Sounds locations; as well as assistance with non-local and international team. Maintain onboarding procedures for all incoming new hires on our team (both Microsoft Full Time Employees as well as Vendor/Contracted employees). Deliver positive and constructive customer service to our team. Partner with Executive Admin and StudioOps team with larger team events and initiatives. Act as backup support to GM calendar and scheduling.
2+ years' experience in a customer service or administrative role (required). Proven capability to problem-solve routine and complex problems proactively and effectively (required). Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, planning and time management skills (required). Effective communication skills, both written and verbal (required). Be a strong team player who will demonstrate drive and have a positive and professional approach (required). Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (required). Proficiency with Microsoft Internal tools (preferred). Interest in learning about new Design
